Our commitment: At Teadore Galore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to help. We will be happy to exchange your item(s) or provide store credit. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue exchanges or store credit for any items purchased through our Shopify store.

Eligible items for refund:

• Items damaged or defective upon arrival

• Incorrect items received (we apologize for any mistakes!)

• Unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase

Items not eligible for refund:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

• Digital products (e.g., downloads, e-books)

• Customized or personalized items

• Items purchased during a sale or clearance event 

• Items on clearance

To request a refund:

1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at tadoregalore@gmail.com and let us know the reason for your return request.

1. Please securely package the item in its original packaging and return it to the address provided.
   

1. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or credit within 21 business days. 

Please note:

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We cannot guarantee the availability of replacement items.

• This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
